While working at a real estate firm, the volume of incoming calls—especially on weekends—became overwhelming. The founder of Ridge Workflow Bennett Gentile, wasn’t missing them by much. As soon as he finished one call, he would immediately return the missed number. Sometimes there was no answer. Sometimes it was spam. Other times, it was an important call about an active project—or even a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I had nearly missed.
Bennett didn’t want to hire an entirely new employee just to manage this one task, so he used his enteprenuer mindset and built a system for himself.
Once implemented, he started seeing real results. If a call was important, he knew to respond immediately. If it was spam, he could ignore it. Every conversation was being entered prepared, knowing exactly what it was about.
Revenue increased. Stress decreased.
